Pocket handkerchiefs - I already have several hand-embroidered handkerchiefs from friends & family but I never seem to have enough. Another three or four would be fantastic.
Rifle bag - For my Civil War rifle. These are typically made out of canvas. You could buy one at a good sutler, or you could make one pretty easily. Bonus points if it has a soft lining on the inside.
Wool socks - I already have an awesome pair of handmade wool socks based on a pattern from 1863, but I'd love a second pair.
Great coat - These are large, heavy overcoats worn during the Civil War. They're complicated and time-consuming to make, and blue wool is expensive. (They're also available for sale, but even more expensive.) But they're great on those cold nights at Fort Point!
Leather knapsack - Black leather hardpack, also for reenacting.
