I got a job!  It's only temporary, part time, and it's not legal work.  But it's a start.

I've had a pretty long dry spell, like a lot of people in the country right now.  (Even lawyers from top tier schools.  I've heard stories.)  Yelena & I are lucky that we've been able to stay afloat, and even live pretty comfortably compared to a lot of people out there.  Naturally, Yelena gets a huge amount of credit for working so hard.  So naturally I'm exciting to have anything right now.

Today I review three zombie films: Shawn of the Dead, Zombieland, and Mulberry St.  Two are funny.  One is boring.

I've been going through the ballot and want to share my recommendations.  I know I've got friends from both ends of the political spectrum--far left and far right--and please understand that I respect your right to have a different opinion.  The reason you're my friend is because you feel the same about me.

Update: The problem came back and I got sick of fighting it.  So I found an excellent replacement from the Market: 3D Gallery.  It's essentially the same program, so you get all the same functionality, even the nifty eye-candy, but it doesn't crash.  I call that a win.
