Coolest cell phones you can't get in the US - Forbes.com

I've been aware of this for some time.  So has anyone who's done regular business traveling to Asia or Europe.  I like that the article gave another nod to my own super cool smartphone, the Motorola Ming.  It's like two years old now and still getting attention.  And still not available in the US.

I didn't pass.

The California Bar will release the exam results on Friday at 5 pm.  I will log on to check my results at exactly 5:00, and so will 6,999 other applicants.  Which means the server will crawl miserably like a Republican candidate in 2008.  Last year it took my buddy Aaron about an hour and a half to get his results.

Just received this from the State Bar:

"The Committee of Bar Examiners is pleased to advise you that you have been found to possess the good moral character required for certification to practice law in California."
