This morning I was riding to work and a fight broke out between two passengers. One was an older man who clearly had mental issues. The other was a young, well-dressed woman obviously on her way to work downtown. Guess whose fault it was?

Someone asked me this today on my way to school.  I'm wearing my "Screw, I'm a 3L" t-shirt.  He was wondering if it was a reference to third-level characters from a popular role-playing game.  Maybe he imagined the context of low-level characters facing a high-level monster and saying "screw it" and walking away.
No, it's not.

This came up on Digg and while I agree with a lot of it, I also felt the need to argue.  I am a law student, after all.
