After another haitus, I'm back online.  No thanks to AT&T. Now that I've canceled my DSL and am safe with Comcast, I can tell the story.

Two pieces of news.

First, I am now officially awesome: the California Bar has listed me as an attorney with Active status.  Check me out.

I just discovered that my gallery wasn't showing up if you didn't log in.  The gallery was supposed to be the crown jewel of the new site, showing off my amazing integration skills (which I just learned).

Oops.

Anyway it's working now.  Turns out it was a newbie mistake that I made simply because I'm not used to Drupal yet.  The website is missing a couple other key pieces of functionality, including email subscriptions.  If this is a feature that you really missed, let me know.

As promised, here's the new site.  Just in time for my swearing in later today.  (Then I'm still not a lawyer; I have to send in paperwork and wait for it to be processed.  Once I'm listed on the California Bar website, then it's official!)  Here's the recent news:

Since I passed the bar, my career (or more accurately, my career search) is entering a new phase.  For the first time in my life, I'm looking for work as a full-fledged attorney.  (Well, I still need to take the Attorney's Oath, but I'll be doing that on Tuesday.)  Since my website is a big part of who I am and what I do (and is listed at the top of my resume), I decided it's time for a new look.  I think this new look is simpler and classier than the old look.  But it's also showing me the limitations of Wordpress as a blogging platform.  The last two sites I
