Microsoft going to sue Linux?

Microsoft claims software like Linux violates its patents - May 28, 2007

Articles have been popping up on Digg.com for a while now, saying that Microsoft execs (like Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates) have been hinting that they're getting ready to sue Linux.  Turns out the story goes a lot deeper than that.  And, of course, there's an Open Source David to match Microsoft's Goliath.  This might turn into one of the biggest legal battles of the decade.  If you're at all interested in technology or the law, you should check this out.
