This term was coined by my friend Curtis (an ex-dot-com-er now living in Haight Ashbury). It's a riff on the term "Web 2.0," which is itself a riff on the older concept of coming out with new versions of software. When you come out with Version 2.0, it implies two things: (a) This version takes all the old concepts and leapfrogs it forward in a significantly new way, and (b) It's a fresh start, with lots of new room for expansion and improvement. It's like moving into a new house; presumably bigger, better, and fancier than before, but also with new and exciting possibilities. All these connotations exist in the term "Web 2.0."

Two thumbs up!

I was expecting this to be a typical piece of cute, sentimental fluff with normal-looking computer graphics.  Oh look, big-town car is stuck in small town and learns to love them.  Awww.

Some good stuff has happened in the last 72 hours.  I'm short on time so here's a summary:

Thumbs up.I didn't have high hopes for a Jennifer Aniston movie. The last good movie she did was Office Space. ("I've got a new job now, I'm working at Hooters, it's really nice.") She's gorgeous, but she's not a very talented actress, I'm sorry.

Yeah Freak.

We don't know yet.  We'll let you know.

Background for those who don't really know Jordan that well: My best friend, Aaron, is supposed to get his bar results today.  But the server is overloaded (big surprise).  We'll keep trying (I have it on a constant ping) and I'll let you know when we find out.
